This new home fans open across a triangular plot, following the site’s geometry and embracing the landscape. A stepped volume creates a strong spatial rhythm, with brick façades featuring varied patterns that accentuate the form. The eastern side opens in glass, enhancing transparency, light, and views. Together, brick and timber details establish a cohesive whole, balancing openness and material richness in a carefully considered composition.
