A contemporary extension and interior designed to respectfully enhance and complement the character of the existing house. The new brick façade features rough and smooth glossy bricks arranged in an alternating horizontal pattern, creating a subtle modern reference to the original house. At the center of the house, a light shaft rises vertically, allowing natural light to fill the interior.
